Possible Bridal Shoes & My Dress

So here I am in my dress when I first tried it on in the shop. This one is about 5 sizes too big and there are 4 or 5 clips holding it on, but you get the idea. I had a dress special ordered in my size but it still needs a lot of alterations. Before I can begin alterations though, I need shoes- really pretty, girly, fun, shoes with a high heel!

Paris Hilton Senorita-ivory
4 inch heel

I saw these Paris Hilton Senorita pumps when I was shopping today but they only had them in black. I tried them on and they are MUCH better looking in person and surprisingly, very comfortable. All of her sheos have a little heart pad on the ball of your foot that gives extra comfort.

I think these are really cute too, maybe not bridal shoes but definately for going out.

I need some opinions. I love them all. Which pair would you choose?

Forever 21 Sundress

Claires (necklace made into a bracelet)

My fiance went out to lunch, ran a few errands, and did a little shopping this afternoon so I wore something comfortable and casual. We're getting ready to go out to the casino so maybe I'll post an outfit of the night later.

L.A Colors Art Deco Nails

L.A. Colors Art Deco Polish with Precision pointed brush
I actually got this at the Dollar Tree. They had a few colors (yellow, blue, blue glitter, red glitter, and green glitter) to choose from. I went with the glitter becuase I figured it's probably cheap polish and glitter almost never chips, so it was a safe bet.
Nails: Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure "I Pink I Can"
Tips: L.A. Colors Art Deco "Silver Glitter"
This is day 4 and they are holding up really well. I think I'm going to go back and get the red and green glitter polishes. I'll make good use of them at Christmas time. Afterall, Christmas is only 152 days away!

Flea Market Finds

I went to a couple of yard sales on Saturday and I found some really pretty pieces:
I know, the color is hideous. I can't wait to paint it white and distress it a bit. It will be the perfect shabby chic mirror for our computer room.
I'm not a huge fan of the pictures in the frames but I think the frames themselves are so charming. They were orignially gold and then painted white. They will be the perfect addition to my collage of frames that I plan on creating (in our computer room).

It's all about looking past appearance and invisioning the potential when you are thrift shopping.

I have been loving milk glass lately. I love the dainty, girly feel of it, I guess. I made the paper flowers in the vase. They're from the Martha Stewart tissue paper flower kit.

So our next project is the computer room/spare bedroom. We painted it a dark red color (see vase picture above) last year. I don't know what I was thinking- it's a nice color but it's just too dark. We're going to pick out paint next weekend and repaint it a brighter, neutral tone. I can't wait to hang my "new" mirror and frames!

Betsey Johnson Bow Mania

I absolutely love Betsey Johnson as a designer. I think her designs are just so unique and fun. Most of her designs are feminine with a twist of rocker and she pulls it off perfectly. I love that she strays from the norm and goes a bit "over the top."

As requested by a lovely reader, Jenna of UK Fashion Trends here is the Betsey Johnson bow watch that I found at TJMaxx the other day:
and here are a few others- all designed by Betsey Johnson...
